Our History

 "Horse Power for Kids empowers youth and young adults nationwide through innovative motorsports education and skilled trades training. We travel across the United States, engaging with grade schools and technical institutions to break down barriers and inspire the next generation. Through hands-on learning and mentorship, we ignite passion for automotive careers and skilled trades, cultivating the confidence, discipline, and technical expertise needed for success in these dynamic fields."
 


About Horsepower for Kids

Our History

Horsepower for Kids has been a way of life for our founder, Jim Howe, for over 25 years. He always gets the kids involved in the race world and mentors them. In 2022, Jim lost his daughter and decided it was time to make this a full-time effort.   Traveling the United States going to schools all over and bringing these kids front and center in his world.
